Lock-down situation due to Coronavirus has definitely impacted each and everyone in the world in some or the other way. Whoever is hail and healthy need to really thank God. With so many people dying, struggling for food, money, basic necessities, recession in the market, it is quite a disturbing one.

We always rejoice the starting of a new year hoping it will bring a positive change in life. Year 2020 presented us with a huge shock that none would have even dreamt of. Life is so uncertain. This uncertainty makes us think about every small thing life has offered us.

Being at home continuously without going out for a span of almost 2 months definitely has an impact on our physical and mental health. You will get bored, feel sad for various reasons.

Some may not be able to meet their parents, someone’s life would be under repair, some may always be flooded with office work, some may feel left out, some may not be able to attend the funeral of dear ones, some may not be able to console their dear ones who is staying far, some may miss celebrating their birthdays, some may miss the outings, some may miss meeting friends, some may turn out to be more creative than ever, and the list goes on.

What I would like to re-iterate during this lock-down period are:

  • Help each other
  • Be kind to everyone around you
  • Value what you have right now before it becomes invisible
  • Be empathetic
  • You definitely can make time for pursuing your interest or passion
  • Health is wealth — all time formula which all of us need to follow
  • Spread love as the world is very much in need of it
  • Find ways to keep yourself busy
  • Inspire as much as possible
  • Use time wisely
  • Find ways to make you feel better
  • Read a book
  • Everything will happen at its own pace and time. Wait for it instead of constantly thinking about why it didn’t happen.
  • Increase your patience level
  • Introspect yourself for your betterment
  • Give your dear ones the space they need, do not enforce anything
  • Don’t wait for a tragic incident to value life. The world has a lot of inspirational vibes, make use of it.

I am sure all of you would already know these. Remember, life is short. You never know what happens tomorrow. Make every moment worth living for.
